Can't get approved for level 2 trading with Merill Edge, where should I turn to instead?

I'm a college student and I firm grasp of options trading and I fully understand the risk associated with options trading. But because I'm a student I don't have a substantial income and therefore keep getting denied from every bank I turn to to try to trade options. Does anyone know an online platform that will allow me to trade options?
