Seeking advice on phone situation

OP Replied

soooo the only phone ive had my entire life has been the iphone since y’know “if its not an iphone, its not an iphone…” and all that crap. anyways a couple days ago it kind of dawned on me that I use google for almost everything on my phone, inbox for mail, google news for weather/news, google wallet (even though I heard its dying), youtube, google keep, google drive, sheets, docs, chrome, calendar, photos, maps, and on and on and on lol. the only thing i dont use google for is the music app because I have a ridiculous amount of music on itunes and despite uploading all my music to google play music, i find the app sort of lacking on ios. my bottom line is that Google’s services are pretty top-notch and a step ahead of apple’s and microsoft’s offerings but at the same time i’ve never felt like i was missing out with an iphone, i mean im pretty addicted to my phone and have felt very very satisfied with every iphone i’ve bought. So for someone pretty invested in the google ecosystem (i use pretty much every google service, also have a chromecast, onhub, nest thermostat on the hardware side of things) as well as being invested in the apple ecosystem (i have a macbook pro with bootcamp installed and still vastly prefer osx over windows 10 so my laptop will probly be a mac for the foreseeable future) what would be the advantages of having an android phone. How much better are google’s services on android also what are some killer features that android has over ios. Lastly do you guys think there will be smaller flagship android devices coming out now that the iphone se just released? (im still using an iphone 5c for the most part because i dislike large phones)
