Looking for wedding packages $5,000 or lower in Tampa, Fl.

Hey guys, so my fiancé and I are looking for a wedding package (includes ceremony, reception, catering) for $5k or lower. Our budget is $10k for the overall wedding and we will have 50 guests. We are also paying for everything ourselves. The only package we've found so far that was rather reasonable was the Florida Aquarium. However, after doing the math we would be going over budget ($1400+) at the aquarium. We're still looking around and can't seem to find much that fits our budget. One place that did come up was the Toasted Monkey but it seemed a little tacky. But I get that the cheaper you go, the less classier or nicer it'll be. The biggest thing we've noticed is that the food is the most expensive part. The aquarium does $63 a plate per person. Does anyone know of any place that may do something lower in their package deal? The only other option we've discussed was if there was nothing else out there, we'll go for the aquarium, but we'd have to pull a small loan. Don't get me wrong, the aquarium is to die for but we'd just like to try to stay within the budget, not go over. Needless to say I'm exhausted trying to look for places and can take all the help I can get! Lol
