So, I want to spam farm a mission, which one?

As the title sorta says.

I'd like to spam farm a mission (no cheese, actually legit play) but which mission is "best" to do this with.

Is there a mission that is possible to do Solo Hard?

And which mission is most popular (on PC) for hard so I can just keep spamming that one for groups?
