Help Creating Shortcuts for Undertale?

Hi Guys, I'm trying to do a school project and basically i need to be able to remap or create shortcuts that make H auto-select Mercy, I auto-select Item, K auto-select Fight, and A auto-select Act. If anyone can help me with this or point me in the right direction that would be great.
