How do you fully build Master Yi ATM?

So I really enjoy playing Master Yi because of his entire kit but lately I have realized that I simply don't output that much damage anymore. I know that he got a nerf in 6.6, but I dont think it should be affecting my damage so much that I'm having trouble 1v1-ing ADC's. My go to build atm for a regular team team with mostly AD is Devourer-Merc Treads-Guinsoos/Bork (depending on how tanky enemy team is or if Im ahead), dead mans- Steraks-Mecurial/GA. Am I correctly building Yi or is there a more updated build. Thanks for the input.
