Is the DZ vendor stamina mod blueprint worth it?

I'm hoping my final build be close to 150k dps, 95k-100k health and 10k skill. I'm only dz rank 52 so I think my chances to get the aug blueprint are slim and I was thinking of getting the stam mod blueprint instead. Is this a smart idea?
