Moving to Pensacola, Fl. Need advise with best elementary schools and apartments near-by in Pensacola, Fl?

I have an job offer and will be moving to Pensacola, Fl next month. I am looking for some good schools and apartments for rent. My elder son is 5 years old and will be starting kindergarten this year.

Greatschools has rated Cordova and A. K. Suter schools high. Any thoughts on these schools ?
