Is cheap relay board with optocoupler from ebay safe for 230V?

parts

Title pretty much spells out the question. I'll be driving it from computer's paraller port (5 volts). I haven't controlled so high voltages before, so I'm not feeling comfortable buying the cheapest solution from ebay (the way I'd go with lower voltage).

Application needs two channels, either from a single two channel board, or from having two single channel boards.

Here are the 2 channel options I've been checking out:

Cheapest 2 channel board (is high voltage too close to low voltage from computer?): http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-2-Channel-Relay-Module-Optocoupler-Expansion-Board-Single-chip-Control-Hot-/151552011237?hash=item2349342be5:g:nkcAAOSwxYxUtik6

2 Channel board, which has cuts separating high voltage: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Channel-Relay-Module-with-Optocoupler-Low-Level-Triger-for-Arduino-5V-12V-24V-/381082942168?var=&hash=item58ba503ad8:m:mmsNEsozRr0YYiAjyM5W_mg

There are also 1 channel relay boards with similar designs (PCB cut/no PCB cut). Is either of these worth going for, or should I opt for some other kind of board?
