On the topic of traffic congestion, nobody mentioned the Port. Can anyone explain what is going on down there now?

It has been a while since I've seen this topic addressed. All the truck and train traffic continues to get worse in NoPo and on I-5. Are we not shipping anything out of our ports anymore?

All I see out at the yards and the terminals are train cars full of boxes coming from the east. All of the goods that were being shipped out of country via boat. Instead of getting off the trains and being placed on boats at the end of the line, it is being dumped onto trucks which ultimately cross the I-5 Columbia river bridge. And turning it into a parking lot. WTF is going on with our port?
