Best Wizard Builds

I know there are probably a lot of threads about this but all i've been able to find is general guides describing the skills. I want to which 2-3 skills I should be using regularly when grinding mobs (or in pvp). Im lvl 45 right now. I have about 250 skills points to spend because I just used a respec gem. Up until this point I have been spamming lightning chain, mana absorption, and heal.

One problem that I am starting to run into now that mobs are getting really tough is that lightning chain greatly reduces my mobility and provides no knock back. So I guess im looking for something that will help be keep distance between me and multiple mobs while also dealing a nice amount of damage.

I was thinking about going with fireball, mana absorption, and heal. Any thoughts?
