so my Galaxy S7 died today - 4 days use

My S7 died today. Started by freezing when I was on a Wifi Page, and then requiring me to reboot.

After a few runs of a reboot loop, I soft reset it to get it back to the home menu. I decided to back up what I could and do a factory reset.

The backup failed in some instances, and after the factory reset the Samsung went back to installing original apps. During this process it died entirely - requiring me to do a hard reset via the developer menu (I think that's what it's called).

Anyway, long story short - it's totally dead now. Won't turn on, and occasionally when I do get it to - it just cycles the Samsung logos until it turns off again. No longer responds to any reboot commands without freezing instantly.

Did I get a 1 in 1 million faulty product? Can it even be fixed? I think I've learnt a lesson on buying grey imports via Kogan ... the hassle to get it replaced/looked at by them is enormous and leaves me without a phone for weeks.
