Looking for a card. (Trap)

Hey, so i was looking for traps to put into side for kozmo matches and i remember having a Trap (Very sure it was a counter trap) which activation requirements were 'When a monster activates its effect when it is summoned' and then it either shuffled it back into the deck OR banished it (didn't destroy, remember it in testing and can't find my notes just have the effect with question marks)

Edit: Summoned a Blue-eyes Ka dragon, effect too banish activated, get negated, shuffled into the deck after negation.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You are probably looking for {{Swallow Flip}}? it destroys though.

Solemn Strike is a good side against kozmo, and so is traptrix trap hole nightmare. Nightmare is a little cheaper though. The kozmos will get effects when destroyed by it though, consider that.
