Honestly I'm not a fan of alternate skins that vastly change the aesthetic appearance of a character's hitboxes and/or hurtboxes. The tophat is a nice touch but is going to mess with the visual spacing on moves such as uptilt.

Yeah, that was actually one of my concerns with the skin, too. The tophat sure looks amazing, but it definitely messes a bit with where I think his hurtboxes/hitboxes are.
