it's a breathable shirt for doing sports, not a normal cotton one. Still too expensive though.

Nothing really justifies this pricetag, I mean don't get me wrong I like how they look but I think it's too expensive for the average fan. Replica kits should be priced at 30£.

Someone has already pointed you to where to buy this top.
In case you are trying to work out if this top is worth the money (it is pretty pricey), I have got one and I can maybe explain what you can expect from it. It is a great exercise top/compression top, but of all such tops i have owned, it is the least practical as a casual top. As an exercise shirt, it is the thinnest and most comfortable that I have ever owned. It does however have some mesh panels under the armpits and along the spine. You will probably want to wear something over it when exercising out and about

It's meant to be a shirt under your kit so of course you don't want to use it without anything over it.
From my experience I can say that it's nice to have the shirt and the matching shorts when the weather is cold but there's also better ways to achieve that. I'll probably stop using them once it gets hotter here in Finland since I think the performance enchancing stuff is just plain old bullshit.
5/10 only buy them if you want to have an Arsenal crest under your kit.

Thanks for the advice. Will be wearing it solely for exercise (running outdoors in the warmer months). Will search around for the navy version.
