That's some pretty cute shit. Dame is such a humbled killer.

What I love about it is how Dame has always had Terry and Neil, through it all. They're basically the troika of the New Blazers, and they understand, respect, and trust one another to do what's best. It has a cascading effect on the rest of the organization and team.

How does it go to Kerr? He was out at least half the season. I don't want to sound crass, but they may have well given it to Flip Saunders as a memoriam on that basis.

Mine too. If it wasn't going to be Stotts I'm glad they gave it to Kerr, he deserved it. This won't be the last season Terry has a shot at it
