Respect Kraven the Hunter: Marvel 616
Sergei Kravinoff was known as a grand, Russian hunter who had hunted near every beast to have walked the Earth. This bored him, however, due to lack of challenge, and on advice from Chameleon(his half-brother), Sergei took off to America to hunt a more dangerous game: Spider-Man. He failed many times, and eventually, came up with a fool-proof way to defeat Spider-Man. Disregarding his MO for "fair" hunts, Kraven simply caught Spider-Man in a net and shot him. The Hunter then posed as the Spider, taking over his mantle. It was revealed that Kraven had just drugged Spider-Man, intending it to be the ultimate humiliation. With his last hunt done, Kraven ate a bullet and killed himself.
His rest was not to last, however, and his family returned him from the grave. This outraged Kraven, not only because his last wish was being ignored, but because he was now immortal unless killed by a Spider. Therefore, he became a death seeker for a while, until meeting with Kaine, who managed to stop his heart and then restart it, satisfying the curse of immortality. No longer seeking death, Kraven has returned to his typical schemes.
Kraven is an honorable warrior for the most part who tries to give his prey some kind of fighting chance. However, he has at times broken his honor code, and when he does so, he becomes far more dangerous. Out of all of Spiderman's villains, it is quite possible that his defeat of Spiderman has been the most complete; burying him alive, posing as him, making it clear he could have killed him if he wanted to, and then doing a good job as Spiderman
Speed and Agility
Kraven's jungle potions have granted him superhuman speed and nimbleness. This is further honed by his own practice

His poisons even affect Agent Venom, who would normally be immune to toxins
-
He has nets Spider-Man would have trouble breaking even at his best
