Elemental Imperils do not stack; Newest element prevails
So I was wondering how two elemental imperils interact so I did a test on them. Using my JP account, I used Zidane's BSB which inflicts Imperil-Wind followed by Beatrix's BSB which inflicts the Imperil-Holy debuff. As you can see, Snowstorm Strike (which deals wind/ice damage) does not proc weakness whereas Banishing Strike procs weakness. An extra note that the cute fat chocobo has no weaknesses.

Edit : For double elemental envelopment, tested using Garland BSB with Tidus RW. The order was BSB > Dark Raid > Dark Raid > RW > Dark Raid.
The damage was 4881 (Endark) > 7209 (Endark + ATK up) > 4810 (Enwater + ATK up)
Conclusion : Enelements don't stack
