[EVENT] The Socialist Republic of Ethiopia instates conscription and land nationalization

We begin to enforce to enforce socialist principles by nationalizing landlords' property. Surrounded by hostile entities, we must strengthen our armed forces. We expand military expenditure to 2% of GDP, and instate 2-year mandatory service for males between 18 and 40.

I have no exact figures for this, but I'll assume, because of land loss, I have 75% of the IRL people, now there are 8,457,375 people.
