Yes, you do have a point in that Fox News has been known to be biased against Hillary Clinton along with the Republican Party. Fox News is not alone among MSM outlets in their obvious lack of neutrality.
That being said, you can't deny this is a very real scandal. Everything needs to be investigated and the people need to be informed. Fox News and other right leaning outlets are not the only source of this.

i am really kind of shocked that people can't see this for what it is, and why they aren't disgusted with this behavior, regardless of context and political-party. most especially because its right directly in your face, right up your nose, absolutely publicly, zero shame, while trying to be elected to office. i think i saw this kind of behavior called "dazzle camouflage"

State Department could also ask the Kremlin for a copy of the missing emails. Hillary's IT team stored copies of her emails all over the world it seems.
