Ran a red light after phone usage.

I won't make excuses, I'm a fucking moron. I just want to know what I should expect.

Basically, pulled up to a junction as the lights turned red and in came an emergency call on my phone. I leaned to decline the call and looked up to see a guy going nuts at the crossing because of the lights now being green, and my lack of movement (He could have been drunk - I live in Grimsby and we've just had a pretty good day for football.) Anyway, I panic and place my phone down and then drive off in the direction I had indicated. I am fairly sure I'd set off as the light turned red and thus passed through on a red, but I was not using my phone while in motion.

Not sure if it's a double offense or not, I assume so. Any information or advice would help. Cheers.

Edit: There were traffic cameras atop the lights 100%. Edit2: I have no prior offences.
