Rue Extract?

Basically, I want to try ayahuasca. I already have some Mimosa root bark, and need an MAOI. Looking at this (https://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=88969) recipe, I see I need Syrian Rue seeds. Could I substitute this rue extract (http://www.iherb.com/Herb-Pharm-Rue-Fruiting-Tops-1-fl-oz-29-6-ml/15723?CAWELAID=120224250000011058&gclid=COmkipzm3MwCFcYlgQodulsMLg) in the recipe? How much would I need?
