So I'm wondering whether eagle eye is a good choice now I have Kirin on the team?

Also I don't really know what to do with my two extra fatals you see in the last two pictures. The first one could be infused into my 26 cost dead eye bows, should I? The 25 cost extra fatal I have I really don't now what to do with as it won't infuse onto any of my bows /:
