Trying to decide between a Martin DCX1AE and a PRS SE Alex Lifeson Signature AE guitar [QUESTION]

I'm looking to get an acoustic electric guitar, I just played and was impressed by both.

I think the Martin sounded better, but not sure if this could be related to the strings which were on the guitar. I already have a PRS electric which I really like and am a big fan of Alex Lifeson.

Can anybody provide any suggestions or tips for deciding between the two?

Would one be better for finger picking over the other?
