Just purchased Digital Deluxe... Is the content only for the profile that downloaded or across all profiles on console?

Hey guys,

Random question but I've just purchased the Digital Deluxe edition on my USA profile and was wondering whether the bonus content is for the profile only or across all profiles on console?

Thanks
