RH accessories mod

Hi, more recently I have a weird glitch with the RH acc mod. I get a blue square outlining the reticle on the EOtech optics. Has anyone else gotten this issue? I have singled out the mod to see if it was being conflicted, didnt change anything, and I have uninstalled RH acc and ASDG_JR mod aswell and nothing happened
