Marvel Unlimited isn't processing my order correctly?

I've been trying to sign up for a month of Marvel Unlimited with the TEAMCAP/TEAMIM codes but everytime I try to make the order, it just goes to the website Marvel presumably uses to process orders but it's just blank and after a few seconds it returns me to the checkout page. Did anyone else have this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
