[Spoilers] Question for everyone caught up

Couldn't the guys at Endframe be sued by Hooli just like Peter and Pied Piper were in the past seasons? If Aly used the algorithm at Hooli while he still worked there, couldn't Hooli prove that the Endframe guys had already invented the software for Hooli at Hooli?
