Anyone know how to fix my problem with mods?

So whenever I install mods, through the mod thing in the game menu or NMM, every time I want to play the game I have to manually enable each one again by going into the load order in the mods menu. Any way to automatically enable the mods in the load order instead of having to manually enable each one?
