Other tools to use alongside Duolingo for German?

Hallo!

I've been learning German on Duolingo for a couple of weeks now, and I love it. I don't know what it is but this app makes it so much fun and addicting to learn that I just can't stop. I've been practicing my German everyday and I'm currently at 18% fluency.

Nonetheless, I still have quite some trouble understanding some basic German conversations and I'm sure that my pronunciation is off on a lot of things.

I'm wondering if you guys/girls know of any additional tools that I can use to improve my German. Perhaps some sort of TV show for German learners or something of the like. Be aware that I'm still at a very basic level of German and so I need something that is very accessible for a beginner.
