They keep swallowing my hooks, real deep, something I can be doing differently? Just using powerbait floated off bottom.

Title says it. I'd like to throw more back but when they get hooked down in the guts that kinda goes out the window.

Using size 6 hooks, maybe 8 I forget, couple powerbait eggs and some powerbait dough on the tip.
