Need help with diet... its failing badly

So about 2 years ago I decided enough was enough and I wanted to get back into shape, I was around 260lbs at 6ft and well wanted to do something about that. I had tried numerous diets etc in the past but nothing worked, then I found the ketogenic diet.

Which I stuck with for over a year and lost a staggering ~75lbs, I got down to my lowest weight I've been since my early 20's (37 now) and back into 32" waist trousers which I cannot remember when the last time was I wore them.

Anyway about 3 months ago I started getting bored with the ketogenic diet and with my work schedule making it increasingly harder to maintain it I thought I would look for other options. I I'm far more active now than before so figured a typical diet would be ok, my job is physically active and I also do martial arts 3 days a week now. Problem is I just can't stop binge eating, doesn't matter what it is I can eat an incredible amount of it. Even worse is I don't feel full from it either. Any recommendations on what I can do to curb this as I have gained about 20lbs so far and don't want to go back to what I was before.

I track my food with MFP but that doesn't stop me over eating at all. Today alone I'm ~1500 calories over my "target" of 2100 which is my weight loss intake (15% deficit).
