22M Starting July or August (Lincoln Park, River North, West Loop or South Loop)

Hi,

I’m a 22 year old male senior at the University of Chicago. I’ll be working in the loop for a consulting firm starting July. I am looking for roommate(s) who may be interested in apartment hunting with me. Currently considering neighborhoods close to CTA lines in either Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, West Loop or South Loop.

I’m pretty low-key, but definitely social and friendly. I enjoy being out and about in city, reading and working out. I've recently been semi-obsessed with Zumba, but idk if that will continue hahaha. I also try to spend time with friends and the boyfriend whenever possible. As for habits, I’m definitely tidy and will clean after myself.

Ideally, you should be someone who's a more-or-less tidy, sociable, working professional around my age. Ideally I don't want to spend more than $1200/month on rent, but I might have some flexibility.
