Technicality based on Newton's laws of motion
According to Newton's third law of motion, every action has an equal and opposite reaction, ie: if you push something, it exerts just as much force on you as you do unto said object. This means, technically speaking, that if you were to hit someone, they would also be hitting you at the same time. Could one beat someone up and then claim that the other person did the exact same thing to them, using Newton's third law as a basis for their argument? Well, do that and actually have some chance of winning the case?
