Hey I'm on a 10 day no porn streak, and a 6 day no orgasm streak(had sex 6 days ago). She wants it again, should I give it to her, or will ejaculating and orgasm kind of destroy the benefits? I feel like it's healthy and normal to have sex, and there are some other benefits to just sex alone, but I'm curious.
