John Guest Push Fit Connections??

Trying to replace my undersink water filter- figured it would be snap to disconnect the old one and attach the tubing to the new one. But the new one uses "John Guest" connections and the original tubing uses regular threaded connections. Is there some sort of adapter out there? Entirely unfamiliar with Jonh Guesst fittings.
