Best way to buy tickets outside of included states?

So OKC has an exclusive states list for tickets to be sold to. I'm from NY and want to go to game three or four. What is the best way to get tickets for one of the games. Will resale tickets (which aren't under restrictions) be super expensive compared to tickets straight from the NBA?
