Flat Earth depictions in fiction

I thought it might be worth discussing fictional depictions of flat Earths or flat worlds in general. For example, Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, as the name suggests, takes place on a giant flat disc (carried on a giant turtle, this is a fantasy series after all).

Do you know of others in fiction and how do you feel about the depictions?
