[FE4] Dew/Patty Training

Oh yeah, the Project Naga FE4 Beta is out, but that's not the point.

I'm in my second run of FE4 and I'm thinking of ways to optimize my second gen units as much as possible. Outside of some of my pairings, the problem I'm running into is how I should go about making Dew, and later Patty, useful.

Are there ways to train them reliably?
