Overwatch Reversal

Three months ago I took a screenshot of my VacStatus list for a thread about the ridiculous amount of blatant exploiters in Casual: http://imgur.com/cnHXl0A Today I noticed two of the players from my list, shroud & Jordi, no longer have game bans: http://imgur.com/0O3Idtl

shroud's steam profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198048364976

Jordi's steam profile: http://steamcommunity.com/id/succmedryfor5/

On a related note, Casual is still ridiculously infested: http://imgur.com/ZU9tbgX
