What if AAP is actually the BJP's B-Team? (p)

Hear me out. Everyone seems to think the AAP is the Congress' B team because they create issues whenever the Congress needs a deflection (case in point - Augusta scam and the fake degree row). But what if the AAP created the ruckus to deflect from the drought situation in the country. The SC was deliberating and going to pass a judgement on it (highly critical of the Govt btw) and AAP dragged a non issue for no fucking reason.

Or maybe the AAP is a paid troll which either side uses whenever convenient.
