Point and Shoot/Compact that shoots RAW + manual controls?

Hey everyone,

So I'm looking for a point-and-shoot or compact camera that I can bring around with me at all times (in comparison to lugging my DSLR which I prefer to only bring out for jobs). But more specifically, I'm looking for one that has manual controls and has the option to shoot in the RAW file format. Any recommendations? Preferably not too expensive? Older models are fine as long as I can find them on eBay?

I appreciate the help!
