Why isn't Spotify aiming at achieving feature parity between mobile and desktop clients?

It's gotten quite ridiculous at this point that some features the Spotify mobile app has that I flat out don't even exist on my computer client. For example the Shows/Podcasts section is only accessible mobile which sucks because Spotify just started providing exclusive German podcasts that I'm really interested in.

I realize their mobile user base is probably much higher than the number of people using it at home, but still...
