Rant: People posting hundreds of single stacks of the same item

Why do people do this? I'm trying to sell some Sumptuous Fur, and when checking prices, somebody has 10 pages full of single stacks, and it is super annoying to have to sift through all that to get the whole price picture.

Why doesn't blizz disallow more than 50-100 of the same exact item on the AH? I can't see any legit reason to allow this, it just takes everyone longer to use the AH.
