Any way to automatically have mods enabled when you launch the game?

Whenever I try and play the game with mods, through NMM or ingame mod menu, i have to enable each one through the mod order list whenever I launch the game, rather than them being enabled when I start the game. Any way to fix it or is it just going to be like that?
