Multiplayer problems

So anyone else having issues with the multiplayer? And I don't mean like connection issues or anything.

The lack of a casual ranking up system is extremely lame. My brother after beating this game and playing online a bit is already done because "he needs a game where he can level up". So he bought doom.

And also I've got a few other friends that got the game and the lack of a social ranking system made us hop into the ranked matches. Three of us got Gold 3 and two Bronze 3. We played the same 5 placement matches as a party and got placed into different ranks that far apart? Now after the ranking we are unable to play ranked games together.. Why make a ranking system based on k/d stats in a game rather than win/loss. There's different roles players pick up in each game there is no reason people who've lost and won the same 5 games together should be 6 ranks apart.
