Is CW vs N'Zoth Pally winnable?

I can't figure out how to win this matchup, obviously hold Brawl for the N'Zoth but that doesn't help. Justicar is basically an instant loss, the only efficient answer for Tirion is Sylvanas + Shield Slam (holding both just feels so horrible), and they have too many big threats to answer. What can I do differently?
