Is it possible to use a Raspberry Pi as an USB power source for chromecasts?

Hey, I'm thinking about building my own Raspi Radio with Radiodan. Very cool project. But it would be even cooler if I could use it additionaly as a Chromecast Audio. As I'm more Noob than Nerd I would prefer to do this just with another Chromecast Audio inside the Box.

Now my question: Do you think I could power the CC over the USB port of my RP2?
