I love the game but feel very lonely leveling

Just wanted to hear some thoughts from others; I'm playing on a populated server (WR EU) and I see plenty of other people, but nobody is talking at all. There is a a lot of spammers though, and I wonder if they have a negative impact on general chatting and socialization.

I'm still very early in the game. At later levels do people talk more in chat and socialize? Not much of a sense of community here at the early stages!
