[Request] ATAGE for Divine Wind [EU3]

I've been looking for the ATAGE mod for Divine Wind. I foudn the forum thread here https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/atage-for-divine-wind.533170/ but the download link is dead and no-one is responding. Any help would be appreciated.
